OTHER INFORMATION
- A $350 nonrefundable reservation deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve the facility.
- The reservation deposit is applied toward the rental fee.
- Balance of the rental fee and a $500 refundable damage deposit are due 60 days prior to the event date.
- Rental period includes decoration and removal time.
- A 4 hour minimum per officer is required for events with security.
